I have always believed that health information is more than records, numbers, or reports. Behind every piece of health data is an opportunity to understand a problem, improve a decision, strengthen a healthcare system, or make a difference in someone's life.
Yet, having health information is only part of the story. We also need people with the knowledge and practical skills to turn that information into meaningful action.
That belief is at the heart of HIMForward.
I created this academy to help bridge the gap between what we know and what we can do with health information. Here, we explore how Health Information Management, digital health, data analytics, and public health informatics can open new possibilities for healthcare professionals, students, researchers, and aspiring digital health practitioners.
